To claim a cash back reward, you must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Purchase either a schooner, pint or jug of Brookvale Union Whisky & Dry, to share, from any participating venue.
- Visit https://www.brookvaleunioncashback.com.au/ follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and state/territory of residence) and upload a copy of the receipt for the qualifying purchase.
Proof of Purchase: retain your proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a receipt of the qualifying purchase.
Every entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
Each valid claim received during the Promotional Period will receive a $15 Digital Prepaid Mastercard. You will receive the Digital Mastercard by email. Any unused balance of a Digital Prepaid Mastercard will not be awarded as cash.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
Any venue showing promotional point of sale collateral in venue.
You will receive an email to download your instant $15 Digital Mastercard that you can add to your digital wallet on your phone.
The $15 Cash Back Reward will be emailed to you to download and will be in the form of a digital Mastercard to store to your digital wallet on your phone.
